song and lyrics by Joaquin Donaldson
(sung at the breakfast table, over pancakes)
When you're on the beach
I'll marry you
We'll have candy corn
We'll have cotton candy
We'll have other kinds of candy
I'll marry you
and then....
(sudden change in tempo)
SLAY THAT DRAGON
AND BREAK THAT SHIELD
SLAY THAT DRAGON
AND BREAK THAT SHEILD
(repeat until yelled at to stop by Mom)

It's got a catchy kind of tempo to it! Not sure it's good to dance to. I'll give it an 8 !
Maybe our farmer is going to become a song writer and keep us all in the style to which we would like to become accustomed...
So, a blossoming metalhead is lurking at your kitchen table? Lemme know when he asks for his first tatoo. (or did that already happen?)
Yeah, he informed me he wants to be a "Rock Star" for Halloween. I think he intends his costume to be camo shorts, no shirt, and a giant hair clip of mine clamped around his upper arm.
The mind recoils.
I can set it to music if you like. I'm just sayin'
I think Joaquin would be astounded and delighted, Ian. For the first part, think "treacly love song". For the second part, think "punk rock caricature".
