I'm such a cabbage head. Whenever a comment is left on the blog, I get a notification sent to my email. Lots of you have enabled whatever feature it is that allows me to respond directly back to YOUR email. But not all of you.
Which I didn't notice until just now, when I went to give my friend Colleen guff for not responding to some typically witty and charming message I'd sent her in response to a comment she left here. As I went to type the email, I realized that I was sending it, and countless other comment responses, to "noreply-comment@blogger.com"
Nice.
Which I bring up for two reasons:
1. I try to respond to every comment left here. I'm always so thankful that you take time to read this blog, and take even more time to respond to it. Thank you. Please know that if you've never gotten an email response from me, it's probably because I sent it to "noreply-comment@blogger.com".
2. If you haven't heard back from me regarding this Sunday's "Snapshots", it's because I sent the email to "noreply-comment@blogger.com". I now have threaded comments, so if you haven't gotten your time, let me know at the end of this post, and I'll reply in the comments.
If you'd like to allow me to email you directly, you can change your settings on your profile. The lovely Grace at Camp Patton has a post already written with instructions. And pictures.

ReplyDeleteOh the things we learn! I didn't know about threaded comments (nifty!), and I didn't realize that I'd blocked my email from others. I think it should work now, and if you still have some time in the evening, I'd love to be involved.
